01Where are the plays posted?
In the members' channels of the Wizard of Sports Discord. After checkout you connect your Discord account and your member role is added automatically.
02How fast do I get access?
Usually under a minute. If your role hasn't appeared after ten minutes, message the support channel with your order email.
03Do I need a Discord account?
Yes, it's free. Join the free server first if you want to see how it works before paying.
04Which bookie do you use?
bet365 covers about 95% of our markets. It has the best lines and market depth for international basketball, and usually the best odds on our smoke plays for NBA and NFL.
05Will there be losing runs?
Yes, and you'll see them on the graph. Bankroll management exists so a bad fortnight is survivable — that's the whole point of unit sizing.
06Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Every plan, including weekly, renews at the end of each period until you cancel.
07How do I cancel?
From your account page, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then your role is removed automatically.
08Can I get a refund?
No refunds on periods that have already started — the plays are delivered the moment you're in. If you want to try it first, the weekly plan is the low-commitment way in.
