Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Wizard of Sports ("Wiz", "we", "us") is operated by WIZARDCO PTY LTD (ABN 63 681 937 904), Australia. Support: wizofsports@gmail.com.

2. What you're buying

Wizard of Sports is an information service. A membership gives you access to our sports betting analysis and opinions ("plays"), published in the members' channels of our Discord server. That's all it is:

• We are not a bookmaker, betting agency or financial adviser.
• We never hold your money, place bets for you, or pay out winnings.
• There are no prizes, pools, competitions or guaranteed returns.
• Whether you act on a play, with whom, and for how much, is entirely your decision.

3. No guarantees

Plays are opinions based on our analysis. Betting involves risk, losing runs happen, and past results — including the public record on our website — are not a promise of future results. You should only ever bet money you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the legal betting age where you live if that's higher. You're responsible for checking that sports betting, and the use of our service, is legal where you are. We may cancel a membership without refund if you've told us something untrue about your age or location.

5. Membership and billing

• Memberships are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual). Each plan renews automatically at the end of its period and charges the payment method on file until you cancel.
• Prices are shown in your local currency where available; your card statement will show WIZOFSPORTS.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your member role is removed.
• No refunds. Because plays are delivered the moment you're in, we don't refund any period that has started, including the first one.
• Subscriptions don't stack. Buying a new plan while another is active ends the current plan immediately; remaining days are not refunded or carried over. The site warns you before this happens.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry for a few days. If it can't be collected, the membership ends and access is removed.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 14 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

6. One person, one membership

A membership is personal to you. You must not share, forward, screenshot, resell or post plays outside the Discord, or let anyone else use your account or your Discord role. Doing so ends your membership immediately without refund and may see you removed from the server permanently.

7. The Discord server

Access is delivered through Discord, so you also need a Discord account and must follow Discord's terms and our server rules. We may remove anyone from the server for abuse, harassment, spam, sharing plays, or behaviour that harms other members. Discord outages are outside our control.

8. Our content

Plays, analysis, the results record, the site and its design are ours (or licensed to us). You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read them for your own use while you're a member — nothing more.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or any bet you place, including losses from a play, a late or missed play, a Discord or website outage, or an error in the results record. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded; where our liability can't be excluded, it's limited to re-supplying the service or the amount you paid for the current period, whichever is less.

10. Ending or changing the service

We can suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you breach these terms. We can change these terms; if the change is material we'll tell you by email or in the Discord at least 14 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes go to the courts there.
